20th January 2017

Good afternoon St. Clement’s,

Time has flown by and the Christmas holidays seem a distant memory. It's hard to believe it's the end of the third week of term already.

The children are all working hard and a walk around the school reveals the engaging starts they have made to their new term topics. Already this term, poor Mr Burton has been mummified in Year 5, children have examined skeletons to learn about Anglo-Saxons in Year 4 and Year 1 have made paper boats and sea creatures to turn their classroom into a pirate ship. I am sure there are many more exciting activities planned for the rest of the term, so keep reading the newsletter and blog to find out what we're up to.

Have a good weekend and stay wrapped up.
