16th March 2018

Hi Everyone.

My name is Miss Khatun and I am a SEN Teaching Assistant.  Over the last term I have been working alongside Mrs Fox in year 5 which has been a great experience. As part of the school’s SEN team I also work closely with our SENCo to ensure that we have the relevant support for our vulnerable children by delivering interventions across KS2 supporting children’s learning and helping them achieve their personalised targets.

I have been at St. Clement’s since 2013 and love the community spirit that surrounds the school, children and their families which is why I became a Governor in 2014.

Next week is International week – There will be lots to celebrate. Children will have the opportunity to explore the different cultures we have within our school and share their own heritage. We are hoping for lots of fun activities such as food tasting and children bringing in cultural clothes to share and talk about.

Don’t forget to read the class blogs to find out what we are doing.

Wishing you all a safe and happy weekend!
