6th November 2015

Hello everyone,

My name is Miss Mall. I work in Year Two and am also the leader of Key Stage One. I am new to the school and have been so impressed with not only how welcoming both pupils and staff have been, but also how enthusiastic the children are about coming into school and wanting to learn in a happy and safe environment. This attitude towards their school life has certainly helped them to settle back into the routine of things after a restful week’s holiday!

Each year group have begun their new topics and the children have been speaking with such excitement and eagerness about their up and coming learning. Year One have began their topic ‘Winter Wonderland’ and their classroom environment is already looking like a version of the North Pole, all in time for the cold weather ahead!

Speaking of cold weather, please ensure as the days become chillier, that your child comes to school every day with a cardigan or jumper as well as a warm coat and suitable black footwear. Thank you for your continued support.

Next Friday 13th November the children and staff of St. Clement’s will be raising money for Children in Need. Each class will be asked to come to school in spotted non-uniform in recognition of the special day. Children will also be asked to bring in a small donation to offer to charity. Keep a watchful eye to see how much we have raised in next weeks newsletter.

Have a wonderful weekend!

Miss Anita Mall,
