I’m Miss Groom and work in Y3. From September this year I have also taken on the role of SENCo, (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator). I work alongside children, teachers, parents and other agencies to ensure that the needs of our pupils are met. If you have any concerns about your child and their progress, please speak with your child’s teacher and I am also available to talk to.
Photo day went exceptionally well this week with all children and staff looking very smart. Sometime next half term the forms will come home for you to order the photographs.
Next week is a very exciting week at St. Clement’s as it is Book Week! Each class will be basing their learning across all areas of the curriculum around one book. This work will be published in a big book – keep a look out in the foyer area for these.
Unfortunately, we are not running a holiday club during October half term. If you need details of holiday clubs running in Birmingham during half term then there are details in News section of the website and also in the foyer.
Have a wonderful weekend!
SENCo, Y3 teacher.
