23rd June 2017

Hi Everyone.

My name is Miss Khatun and I am a SEN TA predominantly working with KS2 children. As part of the school’s SEN team I work closely with our SENCo to ensure that we have the relevant support for our vulnerable children.
I work across KS2 supporting children’s learning and helping them achieve their personalised targets.

I have been at St. Clement’s since 2013 and love the community spirit that surrounds the school, children and their families which is why
I became the schools SEN Governor in 2014.

We have had some beautiful sunshine this week and fingers crossed it continues onto the next few weeks.  The temperature has been very high, so please make sure you are drinking plenty of water and wearing sun cream and sun hats when you go out.

This week our Reception Class visited Sarehole Mill. They learnt all about how flour is made at the mill.  They also enjoyed the story of the Little Red Hen.

This weekend will be the end of Ramadhan for Muslims and they will be celebrating Eid-ul-Fitr so, you will see a lot of your friends and neighbours dressed in colourful attire, celebrating with their loved ones.

Wishing you all a safe and happy weekend and Eid Mubarak to those who will be celebrating.
