Key Stage 2
Class Teacher/ DSL/SENDCo
Hello, I have been teaching in Year 2 for quite a while now so I am excited to face the new challenges of Year 3 along with the children.
I will also be taking over from Miss Groom as SENDCo and looking at how we can improve the provision and remove barriers to learning for all the children.
I also do lots of work with a charity, outside of school, to help children with Autism thrive within a play based environment.
Miss A. Khatun
My name is Miss Khatun, but sometimes the children call me Miss K to not get confused with the other Miss Khatun. I started at St Clement’s in September as the Year 3 class teacher and I am really enjoying teaching and getting to know the wonderful children in Year 3 and in St Clement’s.
When I’m not at school, I read lots of books! I also love music, so I’m learning how to play the guitar and ukulele, and I enjoy drawing and sketching when I have lots of free time.
Hi all, My name is Mr Deery – although lots of children in our school call me Mr D! I am relatively new to St Clements, having only started in Year 5 at the start of November.
I have been a teacher for nearly 7 years now and I really love what I do! In my spare time, there is nothing more that I enjoy than a good old fashioned game of Snooker! I play regularly and If it is on the television I am probably watching it! I also enjoy meeting up with friends and socialising as often as I can.
Assistant Head Teacher / Class Teacher
My name is Mrs Fox and I am one of the year 6 teachers as well as Assistant Head with responsibility for KS2. I am also lucky enough to be lead of literacy which means I spend a lot of time reading books and sharing my favourite ones with children. I have been at St Clements for 7 years and can't think of a warmer, happier school to work in.
